She has a doctoral degree in psychology from Rutgers University’s Graduate School of Applied and Professional Psychology (GSAPP).
Courtney has extensive experience working with children (6+), adolescents, young adults, and individuals who identify anywhere under the LGBTQ+ umbrella. She specializes in treating anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, self-confidence challenges, self-identity struggles, & relationship conflicts.
Through the therapeutic relationship, she helps individuals heal, grow, and live a happier / more fulfilling life. Courtney builds a collaborative relationship with her clients, and supports them as they cope with their challenges. She helps her clients navigate tough life situations by teaching them the coping skills to manage those situations and employing a variety of evidence-based treatment modalities, including cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused therapy. Courtney also conducts initial evaluations and interprets psychological assessments in addition to providing therapy.
