Fred is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who also partners with individuals to help them through life’s journey, identifying their challenges, exploring and understanding the source of their problems, and providing support for change. He utilizes the client’s core personal beliefs, thought processes, and sense of responsibility to modify behavior while maintaining integrity, honesty, and unconditional positive regard. He believes that individuals want to change, overcome emotional or mental pain, eliminate destructive thought patterns, or find joy; ultimately, individuals seek services because they want to change to transition to a better version of themselves.

Fred feels honored to be invited into others’ lives and considers your growth his most profound priority in therapy. Fred worked in community agencies for several years before beginning his journey into private practice.

Through his education and employment opportunities, he has had the opportunity to work with individuals, couples, and families on a variety of different mental health struggles and life events.
