LCMHC-A

I am a Clinical Resident currently practicing under supervision while I work toward full licensure. I have a strong passion for supporting individuals through life’s challenges. Since beginning my counseling journey in 2018, I’ve worked with a diverse range of clients facing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other complex mental health concerns. My primary focus is working with youth and their families, helping to bridge communication gaps and foster mutual understanding and connection.

I also specialize in supporting single mothers who have limited natural support, offering a safe and empowering space for healing and growth. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I draw from years of hands-on experience in crisis intervention, intensive in-home services, and high-fidelity wraparound services for youth at risk of out-of-home placement. Before becoming a clinical resident, I worked as a qualified substance abuse professional and as part of a mobile crisis team—experiences that deepened my understanding of the urgent, real- world challenges many individuals face. I’ve provided care for youth ages 5–21, particularly those navigating severe or complex mental health issues.
